I own a property management business and we have hundreds of properties under management.
We rely on having quality vendors to provide services on our rentals- Andres and his Team are one of my trusted approved vendors for junk / debris removal.
I have used his service for the past couple years and they have always been punctual and upfront on their estimates.
Most often I can just give him a client or tenant's contact info and he will coordinate the job- Other times, I can just send a work order with photos of the stuff that needs to be removed and he will take care of it. It is obvious Andres cares a lot about his business and his customers.
